Kristine Szulik     Alto
Kristine started a career in agriculture at Aberystwyth before going to London to study singing with Jessica Cash, Nigel Rogers and Rogers Covey-Crump.  She has specialised in singing early and contemporary music and has made recordings with the Consort of Musicke, Martin Best Ensemble, new London Consort, Taverner Choir, Western Wind Choir and London Sinfonietta voices.  She is currently studying singing with Caroline Crawshaw in Manchester and is extending her repertoire to include oratario.

Sue Tyson     Soprano
Sue is an English graduate of Cambridge University.  There she studied Anglo-Saxon and Norse, but also spent much time singing as a soloist and in the best of the University's chamber groups and operatic societies.  Since then she has been a member of the BBC Northern Singers, and has sung with the Rose Consort of Viols.  Currently she studies with Honor Sheppard.  She sings and plays recorder with various early music groups in the North West and undertakes solo engagements.  She also plays and teaches the clarinet.

Philip Leech     Tenor
Philip began his singing career as a chorister at Chester Cathedral.  Singing his way through his education, he gained a scholarship to continue his studies at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London.  He has travelled widely throughout Europe, singing at the Rossini Festival in Pesaro, Italy, the Wexford Festival in Ireland and the Camden Festival in London.  As a founder member of the Western Wind Choir, he has travelled to Japan, Israel, Finland and most countries in Europe to perform the works of Arvo Part.  While continuing his singing career, Philip has moved towards administration, and currently holds the post of Manager of Phoenix Arts, an arts centre in Leicester.

Peter Syrus     (Musical Director)  Bass
Peter holds first and research degrees from the University of York.  There he founded the Landini Consort, the group that launched the Early Music Network in 1978, and which subsequently toured and recorded for radio and television throughout Europe, the United States and Canada.  In addition to his post as senior lecturer at the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester, Peter is much in demand for day, weekend and vacation courses.
